Step 1: Flash FF Firmware (Teensy)
Select the FF main firmware .hex file and flash to Teensy 4.1.

Install the BOOT0 jumper, flash the ESP-12F via wifi flash + esptool, then power-cycle the board. Run this after Flash FF. Follow the on-screen prompts for the jumper and power cycle.

Step 5: Switch to HF Flasher
⚠ IMPORTANT: Ensure you are NOT connected to the Teensy board or powering the FF board with the battery.
1 🔌 Disconnect USB from computer
2 🔌 Connect HF flasher to your laptop
3 🔌 Connect HF flasher to the HF flash port
4 💡 Verify: Board LED lights up when connected
